When you submit a survey quote request we collect the yacht details you provide (location, survey type, yacht type, length, preferred date and optionally make, model, year and notes) together with your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.

Why we collect it

We use these details to identify independent marine surveyors near the vessel and to contact you about your enquiry. Yacht details are shared with surveyors only to the extent needed for them to assess whether they can carry out the survey and to quote.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not create customer accounts or store payment information.
• We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies and storage needed to operate correctly, plus aggregate analytics where enabled. No advertising profiles are built from your enquiry.
